Lenovo unveils Legion Y740 and Y540 gaming laptops, price starts Rs 69,990

Lenovo on Tuesday launched a new range of gaming laptops, desktop gaming PCs and gaming keyboards, mouse, and headsets. The new offerings – Legion Y740 and Y540 feature the latest 9th Gen Intel Core CPUs and Nvidia GeForce RTX series GPUs as options. The gaming laptops pack a 3 cell 57Wh battery that can last up to six hours with a single charge. Both laptops also feature Lenovo Legion Coldfront dual-fan thermal layout to dissipate heat.

Lenovo’s Legion Y740 and Y540 price and availability:

Legion Y740, 15-inch, begins at Rs 1,29,990. Legion Y540, 15-inch, is available at a starting price of Rs 69,990. Both new laptops are outfitted with an upgraded battery over their predecessors, lasting up to six hours. They also feature Lenovo Legion Coldfront dual fan thermal layout.

Additionally, Lenovo also showcased the entire gaming range which includes T730 & T530 desktops, M500 RGB gaming mouse, K500 RGB mechanical keyboard and H500 & H300 stereo gaming headsets.The products are already available for purchase on Lenovo India’s website and stores. Read Complete Article

Lenovo launches Smart Clock, Smart Display with Google Assistant in India

Lenovo today launched Google Assistant-enabled Smart Clock and Lenovo Smart Display, marking its debut in smart home product portfolio in India. The Smart Clock starts from Rs 5,999 while Smart Display starts at Rs 14,999. Both the devices will go on sale from early September 2019.

The announcement came after Google’s Nest Hub smart display speaker was launched in India for Rs 9,999. Lenovo Smart Clock comes with the 4-inch IPS touch screen and can be used to control the smart home and listen to music. The Smart Display can be also be used for video calling using Google Duo among other features.

Precied at Rs 5, 999, Lenovo’s Smart Clock comes with voice and touch control on a 4 inch IPS screen, and can be used to set alarms, set calendar entries, dim the lights, weather information, music, audiobooks, podcasts and radio.
